A $200 deposit is due by December 1, 2019 or within 10 days of your reservation.

Sunday, September 13

  • Depart from Terminal, with available pickups: Mansfield, Lawrenceville, Corning, Horseheads   PLEASE NOTE: These pickups are available, but you must call to confirm.  We do not stop at all pickup locations, unless people are designated to get on at the pickup locations.1000 1
  • Fast food breakfast stop (on own) made en route
  • Arrive in Clayton, NY where you will enjoy a lunch on your own.
  • BOLDT CASTLE AND TWO NATION TOUR... Enjoy this intimate boat tour as we travel 22 miles along many of the 1000 Islands along the St. Lawrence River. Their professional guides will share the rich history, legends, and lore of the area as they get you up close to the islands, allowing the ability to spot local wildlife. This international tour will include view of magnificent, million-dollar summer homes on both the US and Canadian shorelines, travel under both the American and Canadian spans of the 1000 Island Bridge System, and pass Rock Island Lighthouse State Park. At Heart Island, you will have the option to disembark and enjoy a self-guided tour of Boldt Castle. On the return trip, you will sail by the smallest international bridge, through the whirlpools of "the lost channel," pass by Tom Thump Island, the Statue of St. Lawrence, through Eel Bay, and wind through the islands in front of Clayton, the real heart of the Thousand Islands.

  • GUIDED TOUR of the ANTIQUE BOAT MUSEUM... Experience the country's largest collection of antique boats with a visit to the Antique Boat Museum. The museum strives to increase appreciation of the importance of boating, while also touching on its history. The exhibit not only features the largest array of antique boats, but also related artifacts for visitors to explore. It has since evolved into a national treasure and is widely respected among those in the field. Visitors are welcome to take part in a 30-minute walking tour of the 1903 La Duchesse houseboat or walk about the museum independently. Enjoy an AFTERNOON AT YOUR LEISURE. Within walking distance, you may want to visit Coyote Moon Vineyards, Clayton Distillery, Wood Boat Brewery, Thousand Islands Museum, Reinman's Department Store, Thousand Islands Arts Center, or one of the many shops you can find in the village of Clayton.

Tuesday, September 15

  • ROCK ISLAND LIGHTHOUSE TOUR... Board the Night Heron and incredible glass-bottomed boat, and get an unparalleled view of underwater life in the clean waters of the St. Lawrence River. Travel to Rock Island and spend one hour visiting the island where you can climb up in the lighthouse tower and look over the St. Lawrence River. Visit the lighthouse keeper's home that is now a museum and gift shop. Walk the island and see the building once used to store whale oil for burning in the lighthouse. Peer through the unique glass bottom boat to see native fish of the St. Lawrence as well as countless other natural wonders beneath the waves of the Saint Lawrence River. The tour is guided by a historical and naturalist narrator with unique knowledge of the Thousand Islands.
  • OLD-FASHIONED SHORE LUNCH is included at the Antique Boat Museum before departing.
  • Depart from Clayton
  • Dinner on your own in Watkins Glen.
