Start with an appetizer of Sauteed Shrimp with a Manchego Cheese Sauce over a homemade Polenta Cake prepared by Chef Tim. Then get ready to make a Lasagna Rollatini with your choice of traditional lasagna filling or stuffed with a chicken, ricotta and spinach mixture. Complete your meal with your choice of making a chocolate chip, raspberry or caramel filled cannoli.

Please confirm which lasagna and cannoli filling you would like to prepare in class. You may call in your selection or send it in with your payment. We recommend that people coming to the class with a spouse / friend each choose different options. That way you will be able to taste both!
Due to COVID restrictions, we have designed customized culinary islands for your use. One adult will be assigned to each table. For those classes involving children 13 and under, the child and adult taking the class with them will be assigned to the same table.
Masks must be worn to enter the building, but once at your station, you will be able to remove it.
Everything is provided for you. From your apron to your pots and pans, all ingredients, and even take-out containers. We have you covered.
You MUST wear close-toed shoes when attending any of our classes.
We have a BYOB policy for all classes, with the exception of the children's classes. You must have a valid ID to present to staff. We do reserve the right to ask guests that are intoxicated to leave if they are behaving in an unsafe manner or causing unnecessary disturbances.
Your payment is non-refundable unless you are able to sell the seat (s) to someone else or we are able to fill them from a waiting list.
We do reserve the right to cancel if we do not get enough response for the class.
