Attention and hear ye' if you're a rookie cook.
We're making some cheesecakes so get ready to book.

You have one of two receipes from which to choose.
But we're talking about cheesecake, so you simply can't lose.

Peppermint Bark Cheesecake is a great fit for the season.
Or make it whenever, you don't need a special reason.

With a chocolate cookie crust and a creamy cheesecake batter,
Fold in white chocolate and nothing else matters.

But for some added flavor and a colorful slice,
We'll fold in chopped chocolate and crushed peppermint, how nice!

Topped with some whipped cream, you'll be ready to eat,
As you revel with pride over your homemade treat.

Not a fan of peppermint, don’t worry there's another option.
A Sparkling Cranberry Cheesecake is the perfect concoction.

With a tradtional crust and the same creamy batter,
It's the cranberry topping that will raise a lot of chatter.

Get ready to bake and have lots of fun.
Bring a bottle of wine, or maybe more than one.

Hope to see you in December to bake great food together.
As we make some fond memories that will stick with you forever.
