COST: $200 for all four classes (each Thursday night in February); If you have a friend that would like to share the cart with you, we will offer them a 50% discount. Gena Rasmussen will be the instructor for all 4 weeks. These classes will be held on Thursday nights, during the month of February, at 6 pm. Gena is a Masters Level, License Registered Dietitian and will be there to answer all of your questions as well as teach you some favorite recipes.
On the first night, Thursday, February 4, you will receive a pamphlet with the "rules", as well as a super-helpful pantry or shopping list. She will explain what this program entails, answer questions, and get us all on the road to better, healthier eating!
Over the course of the 4 weeks, you will learn to make:
- Entrees - Chicken, Beef, Seafood, and Turkey
- Healthy Desserts
You will also have a support team, Tammy included, as she starts this program all over again with you. As was mentioned in a Facebook post, she did this program last year and came out so much better for it! She still uses many of the recipes that were found over the course of that time.
